How Quickcode Works

  1. Connect your text data

You can upload CSV or JSON files directly. We support other various formats including those from:

Social Media

Email

Customer Feedback

Transcripts

Doctors Notes

Surveys

2. Quickcode pre-processes
-- your data to prepare it for
 ML modeling

Quickcode magic gets your data into a form where you, the human, can collaborate with state-of-the-art machine learning to create predictive models with your data. Our BERT-based topic model creates clusters to give you a head start.

3. Query and tag your data

Start exploring Quickcode's automatically created topics or dive in on your own by telling Quickcode what you're looking for. Either way, your query is fed into Quickcode's human-in-the-loop machine learning engine, which trains a new model on the fly based on your feedback, and then provides its own feedback and suggested improvements back to you.

Along the way, you can tag your data, save your queries, and explore document connections through visualizations.

4. Create transparent
-   keyword classifiers

Unlike other AI/ML text classifiers, Quickcode classifiers are completely interpretable, adjustable, and improvable because they are created by you, the human, using keywords.

5a. Use classifiers with any
-
bulk or streaming data.

Your newly created classifier can be used to predict text classification in future Quickcode data.

Find new data

Dissect with topic modeling

Analyze language changes over time

5b. Use Quickcode
       downstream

Quickcode's multiple output streams let you use the data where and how you need it most.
